If you would like to transfer your purchase or to submit a refund request, Please provide us  the Client ID Number, Authorised UserName, date of purchase, a complete account trading history, journal and expert history on your MT4 for the particular account through email. Please allow up to 72hrs for our customer support team to review your details and process your refund or transfer of license request. Our support team will contact you to confirm that your refund/transfer has been processed or to ask for additional information if needed.

All refunds will be issued in the form of payment in which they are made. Please allow 7-14 days for processing and for the refund to be credited to your account.

No refund request will be entertained before 60 days or even afterward if the EA was just not used as per our recommendations on the Installation Ebook.
